A full plane load
Submitted by John Ash 4 on Sat, 2006-05-06 18:10.The airplane in preparation to come back. Note all the blue gas cans in the back. The biggest one is covered in the back. The board with the two gold looking things are fuel pumps. As we flew we pumped fuel out of the cans so we wouldn’t have to stop in Brazil again. We made the whole trip in 9hrs 50 minutes. I could hardly walk when I got to Guyana.
DIIC Video
Submitted by John Ash 4 on Wed, 2006-04-26 12:08.James produced an awesome little 20 minute video about Davis Indian Industrial College (DIIC) and their work & ministry there in Guyana. It briefly talks about the history of the school, then shows the campus, the farm, interviews of several of the volunteers, photos of the school and more.
Download it here (Special thanks to Walla Walla University and Rob Frohne for providing the bandwidth for this!) Or, View it on Google Video
